Black Mountain Civil provides Civil Engineering Design Services and Storm Water Inspections by licensed professionals. We are QSD certified.
BMC specializes in ADA upgrades, Street Improvement Plans, Grading Design, Traffic Control, and Storm Water Management (SWPPPs, WPCPs, SWQMPs). BMC is both a licensed Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) and an Emerging Local Business Enterprise (ELBE ) with the City of San Diego.

Adam Podlich, PE, QSD
Adam Podlich is the Principal of BMC’s Civil Engineering team. Adam is responsible for both overall project design as well as project management, and quality control. Adam has over two decades of high-level civil design and management in land development, public improvements, and storm water treatment and inspection. Adam has diverse skill set enabling him to add civil support services in a vast array of projects, from projects that require ADA upgrades or SWPPP implementation and inspections, to full public improvement plan design.
